Kemp

I keep the rage bottled inside of me. It only lasts for a brief second before I throttle my phone into the wall of my room. It shatters into tiny pieces. Not my smartest move. I glance over my shoulder to see Charlie still curled in the sheets, fast asleep. Not the fucking phone call I wanted.

I have no fucking clue what time of the day it is. Can’t spot a window for shit in this fucked-up castle of Rocco’s. All I know is Marcus fucked with the wrong guy. He went for my mom. Got her damn good, too, roughing her up outside a grocery store. If it wasn’t for J.J.’s and my tight security, they’d have her, taunting me with her life.

Well, fuck them. Their sick game is about to end with me as the victor. I gained enough intel over the three days I ended up studying them. I know exactly how to flush out those pussy-believing dicks. They want me, they can have me.

“Rocco.” I beat on every door I pass.

They fling open only to expose faces of men I recognize and some I don’t. I continue on raising hell until the man himself stands before me. He’s bristled up, wearing only a pair of boxers. His brows scrunch together, and the vibes he’s sending me should scare me, but they don’t. Fuck him and everything else. I have one thing on my mind, and that’s slaughtering Marcus and his top guys. I won’t stop until I do.

“What in the fuck, Kemp?” he growls.

“They tried taking my mom. This has gone too far. We move today.”

“Too soon,” is his simple reply.

“Fuck you.” I take a step closer to him. “I’m going back to my hotel room, making it known, and flushing those motherfuckers out. You can stand by or hideout for all I fucking care. It’s on now.”

“Kemp.”

I don’t give him another second, turning on my heels and marching away. It’s not until he’s following me and shouting out the plan we’d already formulated in his basement on my first day in front of a computer.

“You go in with a woman. A no one he won’t care about. Make yourself obvious around town dropping his name to everyone you come across. You have to be vulnerable so they think they got you right where they want you. You go in a prisoner and then we have your back. You know their schedule and where every camera is.”

“Give me your best whore and lockdown the other women.”

It’s harsh even to my ears, yet it’s what needs to be done. I’ll let any random lips wrap around my cock. I mean, it’s the most vulnerable a man can get. Mouth, cock, and exploding down someone’s throat is an all-time high any man would struggle with pulling away from.

“I’ll send Karen with you. She’s a former agent down here in Mexico and knows how to fight. You won’t need two with her.”

“Will she be recognized?”

He shakes his head. “She has scars covering her face from an explosion set off by the Vincentinos.
